he Haunted Shanley Hotel is available for private hire, whether you have a small paranormal team, or have a group of friends that want to get to together. We also actively host Event Companies.
- The Shanley Hotel can host up to 34 guests.
- Arrival Time is 6pm (NO EARLY CHECK-INS) and all guests must vacate by 10am the Following day. Should you wish to have a later vacate time, this can be arranged and the additional charge is $150 per hour.
- The Hotel has wifi available.
- A staff member from The Shanley Hotel will be on sight for fire and insurance regulations, they will provide your team with a history of the hotel, and a staff led investigation from 7pm to 10pm if requested.
- Ouija Boards ARE Allowed.
- Although, no one under the age of 13 is normally permitted on site for our public events, our private events are by parental discretion. Anyone under the age of 18 must have parental supervision at all times.
- Everyone has to complete a Waiver.
- No Smoking, saging, smudging, incense or candle burning is permitted inside the hotel.
- No drugs or alcohol permitted.
- No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol permitted.
- No weapons of any kind are allowed on premises.
- Price includes snacks, soda, bottled water, coffee, and continental breakfast.
- Outside food may be brought in. Cleanup will be responsibility of guests.
PRIVATE EVENT OPTIONS:
Both of the following options are private events. There will be no other guests in the hotel.
FRIENDS & FAMILY PRIVATE EVENT:
Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays - $499 for up to 7 people
Thursdays - $599 for up to 7 people
Fridays - $799 for up to 7 people*
Saturdays - $899 for up to 7 people*
Sundays - $699 for up to 7 people
Includes overnight accommodations, 3 hour staff-led paranormal investigation (7-10pm) with free time to follow (in designated areas), snacks, soda, bottled water, coffee, continental breakfast, and free use of various paranormal equipment.
Additional persons $75 per person ($100 per person during Fridays & Saturdays)
LARGE GROUP PRIVATE EVENTS:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays - $850 for up to 15 people
Sundays & Thursdays - $950 for up to 15 people
Fridays - $1500 for up to 15 people
Saturdays - $1700 for up to 15 people
Additional Persons $75 per person

NO REFUNDS. A $250 deposit is required at the time of booking.(A deposit of $400 is required for Friday and Saturday private Events).
If an event is postponed within 30 of an event date a $200 rescheduling fee will be charged. The balance is due 30 days prior the event. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Payment plans are available.
