Private Investigations

e Haunted Shanley Hotel is available for private hire, whether you have a small paranormal team, or have a group of friends that want to get to together. We also actively host Event Companies. 

  1. The Shanley Hotel can host up to 34 guests.
  2. Arrival Time is 6pm (NO EARLY CHECK-INS) and all guests must vacate by 10am the Following day. Should you wish to have a later vacate time, this can be arranged and the additional charge is $150 per hour.
  3. The Hotel has wifi available.
  4. A staff member from The Shanley Hotel will be on sight for fire and insurance regulations, they will provide your team with a history of the hotel, and a staff led investigation from 7pm to 10pm if requested.
  5. Ouija Boards ARE Allowed.
  6. No one under the age of 13 are permitted to be on site.
  7. Everyone has to complete a Waiver.
  8. No Smoking, saging, smudging, incense or candle burning is permitted inside the hotel.
  9. No drugs  or alcohol permitted.
  10. No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol permitted.
  11. No weapons of any kind are allowed on premises.
  12. Price includes snacks, soda, bottled water, coffee, and continental breakfast.
  13. Outside food may be brought in. Cleanup will be responsibility of guests.

No Refunds. A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. If an event is postponed within 30 of an event date a $100 rescheduling fee will be charged. The balance is due 30 days prior the event. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Payment plans are available.
