he Haunted Shanley Hotel is available for private hire, whether you have a small paranormal team, or have a group of friends that want to get to together. We also actively host Event Companies.
- The Shanley Hotel can host up to 34 guests.
- Arrival Time is 6pm (NO EARLY CHECK-INS) and all guests must vacate by 10am the Following day. Should you wish to have a later vacate time, this can be arranged and the additional charge is $150 per hour.
- The Hotel has wifi available.
- A staff member from The Shanley Hotel will be on sight for fire and insurance regulations, they will provide your team with a history of the hotel, and a staff led investigation from 7pm to 10pm if requested.
- Ouija Boards ARE Allowed.
- No one under the age of 13 are permitted to be on site.
- Everyone has to complete a Waiver.
- No Smoking, saging, smudging, incense or candle burning is permitted inside the hotel.
- No drugs or alcohol permitted.
- No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol permitted.
- No weapons of any kind are allowed on premises.
- Price includes snacks, soda, bottled water, coffee, and continental breakfast.
- Outside food may be brought in. Cleanup will be responsibility of guests.

No Refunds. A $250 deposit is required at the time of booking. If an event is postponed within 30 of an event date a $200 rescheduling fee will be charged. The balance is due 30 days prior the event. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Payment plans are available.
